History
The Quebec Veterans Foundation, formerly known as the Ste. Anne's Hospital Foundation, has been dedicated to the well-being of veterans and their families for over 25 years.
Our Mission
The Quebec Veterans Foundation supports vital programs designed to help veterans overcome significant challenges as they transition to civilian life.
Our primary focus areas include managing operational stress injuries—both physical and mental—and addressing issues such as addiction and depression.
We also fund therapeutic, social, and commemorative programs for veterans receiving long-term care or outpatient services at Ste. Anne’s Hospital.
Our Vision
We believe deeply that the men and women who have served our country deserve to feel pride in their contributions: helping the vulnerable, providing safety to those in danger, and offering empathy and comfort to stigmatized populations both at home and abroad.
Our purpose
Our goal is to meet veterans' needs during their transition to civilian life and empower them to build lives of dignity, resilience, and strength.
This is achieved through tailored care and services, delivered in collaboration with health professionals at Ste. Anne's Hospital and external partners throughout Quebec.
