THE HOUSE 10-10-10 : A DAY AT THE BASE CAMP

A Day at the Base Camp is a time to go and meet oneself and others. It is a privileged space to settle down, move and explore questions such as: What is a transition process? What is my code as a champion? How does this code become visible under pressure?

Through workshops, music, silence, physical activity, laughter and reflection, we will explore these questions together in a new context and in nature. The day will bring together people from the military, sports, business and performing arts worlds.

It will be possible to sleep on site the night before and spend the evening around the fire: A Bivouac in person!
